Geoff Stack is a creative coordinator, educator and LEED accredited professional who has been immersed in the study and practice of sustainability, urban design and ecology for 14 years. Geoff has established STACK Coordination to to help green teams manage the complexities of strategic sustainability and regenerative development in partnership with the Regenesis Group and the Strategic Sustainability Consulting Network.

Emerging from his deep roots in the study of ecology and environmental science, Geoff's professional career has revolved around how to effectively create plans and built environments that help us move towards sustainability. As a project manager the urban design firms of EDAW and Wallace, Roberts & Todd, Geoff introduced whole-systems design approaches to collaborators while working on public open space, university campus and urban redevelopment efforts.

In a year of study to gain a deep understanding of the intricacies and applications of The Natural Step Framework, Geoff earned a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership toward Sustainability from Blekinge Tekniska skola (Karlskrona, Sweden). He also holds a Bachelors of Landscape Architecture and a certificate from the Environmental Studies scholars program at the University of Maryland (College Park, Maryland). Geoff's studies of ecology reach back to high school when he received top honors for his research at Western School of Technology and Environmental Science (Catonsville, Maryland).

Geoff currently serves as member of the Healthy and High Performance Schools committee of the Maryland chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council. He regularly provides presentations on green business, The Natural Step Framework, integrative design and community development.
