As the leader of sustainable real estate consulting in Gensler's Southeast region, Susan brings first-hand experience from the client perspective, ensuring quality innovation in our sustainable design efforts to meet the real-time, cutting-edge needs of Gensler clients.
Susan delivers sustainable real estate portfolio strategies, implementation, and education to our clients. In addition, she leads our internal sustainability education, ensuring Gensler project teams integrate sustainable design and LEED principles in all projects.
Susan has led innovative partnerships between government, nonprofits, and corporations to solve complex real estate challenges.
