Jim's experience with Baltimore financial services companies over the past twelve years has made him a leader in the firm's financial services practice area, providing design leadership for many Baltimore clients including T. Rowe Price, PNC and Legg Mason. PNC Harbor East, a historic reuse, is seeking LEED Gold classification. Other areas of expertise include high technology and research & development facilities, including an award-winning incubator for the Optical Capital Group. Jim is a graduate of Catholic University of America earning a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. He is a registered architect in Washington, DC, and Maryland, and is a member of the American Institute of Architects and of the Urban Land Institute. Jim has appeared as guest speaker and panelist for various organizations including the Green + Design Conference, the National Building Museum and for Armstrong World Industries.
